You can download the BUW’s corruption prevention guideline, published in Official Bulletin no. 94 dated 29/10/2014 (Official Bulletin no. 94, 43rd year, 29 October 2014), its amendment from 15 August 2018 (Official Bulletin no. 39, 47th year, 15 August 2018), and the Ministerial Gazette on Preventing and Combating Corruption in Public Administration (MBI. NRW. 25, 2014).

The guidelines for appointing an anti-corruption commissioner at the BUW were published in Official Bulletin no. 94, 43rd year, dated 29 October 2014, and can be downloaded here. The guidelines have been updated in the Official Bulletin no. 39, 47th year, dated 15 August 2018 which can be downloaded here.
