The anti-corruption commissioner’s report
The anti-corruption commissioner sends a written report of her activity to the University Council and the Rectorate once a year. The report includes
- the number of submissions, the number of submissions accepted for processing,
- the submissions processed and, if applicable,
- the cases in which the anti-corruption commissioner took action without having received a submission.
It also contains information on
- the number of submissions handled by means of internal measures
- the number of submissions that the anti-corruption commissioner was able to process, and
- the number of submissions forwarded to law enforcement or comparable public authorities for follow-up.
The anti-corruption commissioner may add further information to her report as she sees fit.
