The anti-corruption commissioner’s tasks

The anti-corruption commissioner is a person of trust appointed by the university management who functions as a neutral contact for members and affiliates of the university, for business partners and for third parties. Her task is to ensure that legislation, internal and external guidelines and the BUW’s self-imposed standards and requirements are complied with. In the event of valid legislation being violated, corresponding submissions may be sent to the anti-corruption commissioner.

This is conditional on the violations directly relating to the university as an institution and to its tasks. However, submission relating to perceived violations in which the university is merely the site of the violation will not be accepted or will be followed up elsewhere.
